Not often do you come across an opportunity that can change your life. That was such the case when I was able to attend an architectural photography workshop hosted by Sante Fe Workshops in Santa Fe, NM. Led by renowned architectural photographer Nick Merrick of Hall + Merrick + McCaugherty, this week long educational retreat brought together almost 20 other photographers from around the country, some professional, others hobbyists, to explore the forms, shapes, textures, colors, and most importantly, the light of architectural and interior design photography. This experienced change my perspective, expanded my skills, and entrenched my passion to take on the craft professionally.
